- Concrete is considered a perishable product and ownership transfers to the purchaser upon dispatch from our facility. Failure to do so will result in the customer being responsible for payment of the originally ordered concrete, as well as any subsequent changes or additions.

We cannot guarantee the quality or durability of the concrete if it has been subjected to misuse, neglect, or improper handling. Additionally, we do not accept responsibility for defects in hardened concrete resulting from factors beyond our control, such as improper placing, consolidation, finishing, curing methods, inadequate air drying time, or exposure to adverse weather conditions.
